Daily Rental:  $50.00                                                                                               

Weekly:  $325.00 

Seasonal: $2860.00 Due March 1, 2013

Off season rate is $40.00 per night from April 19 to May 17, and Sept. 3 to Oct. 19, 2013                                                                           

* There will be a charge of $45.00 for NSF checks. 

Swimming Lessons : $20.00 per week / per child

Gate cards $11.00 and keys $11.00
