What is Wildwood by the Lake ?

Wildwood by the Lake is a non profit, membership owned private family trailer campground. There are some 428 lots (10 of which are available to the public for rent) and the remainder being seasonal rentals and membership leaseholder owned lots. Upon purchasing a lot, each member signs a "membership agreement" therefore legally agreeing to abide by the bylaws set by the membership as outlined in the "membership agreement" The owner/s (leaseholder/s) of said lot do not actually own the lot, but has exclusive rights to said lot and agrees to a 99 year lease which renews itself yearly. There are seasonal renters who pay Wildwood a set fee for retaining a lot for the season. And then there are private renters who pay a member who has a lot for rent ( with or without trailer ) Wildwood by the Lake is a seasonal campground operating 6 months of the year. Winter security operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week during the closed months.
